How many charging stations do I need for my event?
Our team will provide a bespoke recommendation based on your event details. We have experience powering events of all sizes - from intimate 100-person corporate events to large-scale festivals with over 100,000 attendees.
How long does shipping take, and when should I place my order?
We recommend providing a 4-6 week notice before any event, especially for custom physical wraps and branding. We also try to help support all events where we can.
How long does it take to charge a phone, and can guests use their phones while charging?
Guests’ phones receive a nearly full charge in under an hour. Our stations eject portable chargers, allowing attendees to charge on the go without staying plugged in.
What are the power and WiFi requirements for chargeFUZE stations?
Our station requires 15 amps of power. Stations work with 4G but for larger events we would recommend WiFi or Ethernet.
Can guests return a charger to any station?
Yes, guests can return their portable charger to any chargeFUZE station at your event.
What devices are compatible with chargeFUZE chargers?
Our built-in cables support Micro-USB, USB-C, and Lightning connections, compatible with iPhones, Android devices, tablets, select laptops, and headphones.

Yes, we offer 24/7 support via text. The support number will be listed on all digital screens, and a representative will assist the guest via text.
