How does renting a charging station Work?
If you want to rent a charging station for your event, please fill out the event inquiry form at the top of the page and someone from the team will contact you with a quote!
What are the power requirements of each station?
Each station requires 15 amps of power. We look for power to be supplied by the event provider.
Do the stations require Wifi to work properly?
For events under 50,000 people the stations will function without WiFi. If WiFi is available we will connect the stations to the network.
How long does it take for my guests to fully charge their phone?
Guests’ phones will receive a nearly full charge in under an hour.
Do guests have to leave their phones plugged in?
All of our stations eject portable chargers, enabling guests to charge on the go at any event.
Do guests have to return the charger from the same station they received it from?
Guests can return their charger to any chargeFUZE station at the event.
How many phone charging stations do I need for my event or venue?
According to usage data, we recommend (1x) 25 or 45 unit chargeFUZE Kiosk per 200 to 400 people at the respective venue or event.
Will technical support be available to my guests during the event?
We offer 24/7 support through the chargeFUZE app. Please select the help button on the left hand side of the chargeFUZE app and a representative will be in touch with you via SMS text.
What type of events do you recommend having your stations at?
chargeFUZE Kiosk stations are perfect for events of all sizes such as Private events, corporate events, concerts festivals, networking events, trade shows, expos and summits!
How long does it take for charging stations to ship?
We ask for 2 weeks notice before an event. The stations can ship in about 5-7 business days.
What are the dimensions/size of the chargeFUZE Charging Stations?
Our 25 unit station is 15.75” L x 9.6” W x 5’10” H
Our 45 unit station 2’4” L x 1’10” W x 6’4” H
What devices are the built in cable cords compatible with?
Our micro-USB, USB-C Lighting cables are compatible with all iPhones, Androids, tablets, select laptops and headphones.
Can the digital screens be branded?
Yes, our 24” and 43” inch screens can be fully customizable for your needs. It can play videos, display images or gifs, slideshows, event itineraries.
Can the stations be fully wrapped?
Yes we can provide you with templates to design and the 25 and 45 units can be fully wrapped to showcase your brand.
Can the powerbanks be custom branded?
Yes, the power banks can be branded with an adhesive vinyl on the frontside.
What is the cost to rent a charging station?
chargeFUZE offers several rental models. Our 25 and 45 standings Kiosks rent from $800 – $1500 per day inclusive of free charging for all attendees. Our event specialists will send specific quotes based upon needs and event details.
